I just realised that there were so few fanarts of this couple, so I decided to draw one.

Olivier and Scar would not get along very well. They're both serious individuals, however his seriousness is more broody and angry then anything. And hers is no-nonsense straight forward, soldier seriousness. Their personalities would clash....

For me it doesn't matter. Miles mentioned his wife only once and we don't even know who is she and where is she, so I'll continue shipping Miles and Olivier.
And as for Olivier and Scar that's just odd O.o They met only once at the end of the manga.

No, I began to read the manga ca. 1,5 years ago and I love Brotherhood. But like you say, he just mentions her in one sentence, so I totally forgot it. And, hey! It is okay to ship them- they are really cute, that's why so many like them^^ And in other series I ship charas too, although they are not really n love or have somebody else (KuroTomo e.g.).
I just like ScarxOlivier, because I think Scar really needs someone and they seem to respect each other and would make an interesting couple ;D
(...And things like EdxRoy or RoyxHughes are more odd for my opinion.)

I can guarantee that I like this couple as much as you do. My sister recently put the idea into my head that Olivier could BE his wife, and now I can't get over it. I mean, they said she was Amestrian..... That is soo unlikely, but if it was true I would cry of pure joy.
