Steve's Notebook Entry #59 -part 1-"Clueless"

There wasn't much for Steve to do in a house with no electricity, so he found himself at the Internet cafe more than he'd have liked. Those thugs may have taken his phone but he still had his laptop. He logged into his phone company's website and shut off his phone. Luckily they didn't charge it by then so there was no extra charges or long distance phone calls. Steve smirked to himself. Take that world, you can knock him down but you won't get anything out of it but bruised knuckles. Before he logged out Steve thought to check his messages, lo and behold there were 29 of them; all from his brother. That's right, they were supposed to meet for lunch last Friday. It completely slipped his mind.
Joey must be worried sick... Steve used his instant messenger to contact Joe's phone.
"Hey" he sent, half hoping not to get a reply. He should be in school now so he probably won't-
"Steve!! Where are you? Are you okay?!"
