Backstory: Born as the daughter of the king of Epsilon Eridani b and a prostitute Victorya was the person on "Epsilon Eridani b", her home planet, who was hated the most.
Firstly, because she inherited the Senshi forces of the planet and also because she was an illegitimate child of the King.

Her mother died early and so she lived in her father's castle, "Eridani Palace". She had to avoid public occasions and always stood in the shadow of her older half-sister Naevys Pyrie Amedee who should ascend the throne of the kingdom later.
As Victorya grew older, she suffered greatly from the harassment of her sister and her stepmother, until the day on which she met Naevys' fiance learned and made the biggest mistake of her life.
She seduced her sister's fiance and was treated as high traitor. The king, however, turned away the death sentence, Victorya was asked to apologize, which she refused. So she was banished.

Some months Victorya wandered through different worlds, lonely and weak until she heard the call of Sailor Alpha Centauri bc and followed it to become a proud member of the Exo-Alliance.

Vic is the more badass and boyish, also dominant part in the relationship between her and Elle.
she's younger but exactly knows what she wants.
