Oh, wait. He didn't need to. He had combat experience, could dodge half a dozen musket balls without moving from the spot, can roll to the ground with style AND without dirtying up his standard CEO shirt, didn't have a stupid self-conscious chin...remind me why he's not the hero?

first ep i ever fell in love with was Projected Man. then there's Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders, Space Mutiny, Time Chasers, Hobgoblins....oh man. soooo many. right now i'll say Space Mutiny though on account of the manly man name roll call.
probably my all time favorite obscure quote though is from an early one on some ice circus with Joel comparing the skater to a deer which went something like 'viscerals trailing from her stomach, the meat will not be good.'

Timechasers was a pretty funny episode, but I thought Mike and the Bots made the movie out to be worse than it actually was. Sure, it was goofy as hell, but it was enjoyable, and nowhere near the same level as, say, Hobgoblins. Anyway, nice job.

and i see where yer coming from, but alas not everything can be all Hand of Manos horrible and after all the creators of said movie asked them to review it which i think earned it extra ribbing.
