All Isaac's death are cruel! have you lost a fight against a Puker? You may puke more than them...
If you loose the Puker will rip your helmet off and vomit all over your face and in Isaac's mouth! Then he falls to the ground in pain from the acid vomit he has inside him and on his face... Then he vomits over the geound and then dies... POOR DAMN ISAAC!

Maybe you can hold the necromorphs in place with your tentacles so that Isaac can shoot them easily!
