In a city with so many lights like Las Vegas, until the sun rises everything is lightened.
Such an enchanted place, if you look at Vegas as a centre of arts where Hotels, restaurants and streets are alive though magnificent shows and expression of creativity. So many people call it the Sin City because of all the partying, Gambling and Drinking, I believe it's not the city sinful but the action of people that transform something beautiful.
