Resin dog figurine, sculpted by unknown, custom painted by me in acrylics and pastels. Now a red merle tri-color mixed breed.Toys and accessories made
Ball, bowl, and bone are made from Apoxie Sculpt, painted in acrylics by me. Rope bone is made from cotton cable cord, collar is real leather with working buckle.

1st off I would like to say that you did a Great job on the painting and dog toys
but, you can't sell the repainted dog you did not make the dog. you toke a toy that is copy written and then are trying to sell it as your own.

Customizing figurines and selling them is nothing new, nor is it illegal. Ever see customized model horses (Breyers, etc) and dolls? It's the same thing. Both hobbies have a huge following, and you can find many here on DA.

It was years ago at a antique mall/artisan's gallery in San Antonio, Texas.
Funny thing was, he was dark brown with white feet, yet the label/price tag read "Black Labrador"...
