Nice using XCOM for ATLAS and UNSC for SDC Stealth Corps Drones with UNSC ODST pistols with Silencers still is it me or Winter suit seems more white then the Grey or a special conversion from the start as a PrimeΒ
Love Kali in Stealth Corps with drones inside of ATLAS they can safely expand operations beyond Vale without detection as monitor all trafficΒ
I was thinking next be White Fang operatives eager to raid a SDC shipment in Operative Suits like Blake was in another only one of the girls was isolated and alone and leading them into a trap or Raven and her bandits a offensive mission with Ruby with a Halo Sniper or Snipers with pin point coordinated fire with Stealth Corps Drones with Sniper (Red) and Operative Corps (Grey) DronesΒ
Of course Snipers have adaptive camo to blend into Environment with active Camo. Best case go into the camp at night collar all the girls lay a ambush for Raven and sniper her with stun then drone her and use the Bandits as cover for SDC raids assuming them capture all the girls leave the males for bodies so no one grow suspicious.Β Β

To answear the question about winters suit
It's a basic drone suit. The collars are limited to making everyone basic drones, more complex programming requires a helmet or chamber. The collar doesn't have the data storage to hold all the information for every kind of drone
