I had this insane idea a long while ago, but got round to drawing it only recently.Please don't kill me.
The Basilisk and Tom M. Riddle from the Harry Potter series, in the famous 'Forbidden Friendship' sequence of the movie 'How to Train Your Dragon'. Amazing soundtrack: [link]
(The pose totally makes sense. He'd want to shield his eyes from that killer gaze. Of cuteness.

I love how you drew the basilisk as more than just a big snake. He's got the crest and the waddle on his neck are that of a chickens, which is closer to the traditional version of the beast. The pose is great too, I loved that scene in How to Train your Dragon, and it works great for Tom and Snakey. Great work!

You're right, it IS an insane idea, you wouldn't tain a basilisk, you would train a Hungairian Horntail(I spelled that wrong, I know)
