They've also claimed the spiecies as their own and havent said anything about being inspired by anyone or anything like that and have specifically stated they drew it. They don't say their orca though, just different fish

Well it seems they've taken the poses and your style for some of those and either heavily referenced or copied them adding their own patterns and design though. Now i like this person and I guess you never look at an artist you like and know "This is copied" but they posted this and I noticed it looked so much like your orcas. So I don't know if it's really a problem because I know some people don't mind others using bases but then others really do so I just thought you should know. I'm not really sure how I show images on here or if I should say who it is in Case they run and hide or others try to harass them before you have a say in it. I have taken pictures and know the page just let me know if you want to know who and where and how I can get it to you

I see again the beautiful beginning of the year I do not know why but I love how this type of character has a terrible look under the eyes It could be useful as an addition Alicorn Amulet for bonus ^^

That looks absolutely amazing! The background is very well made, the colours (especially those of the ligh(n)ing effects) are very pretty, and the outfit is just gorgeous.
