OMg have you listened to the "Chica" Song? The first time I heard that I DIED XD. I downloaded it without listening to it first so when it comes up on my ipod...I'm at work and I just start busting up laughing and one of my co-workers just looks at me like O-o; >_> and my response was to wave them off and just say I was listening to a goofy song about some video game character and they were like "ugh okay" -inches away- Nice thing about my job [[since I work as a sanitation person on second shift]] is that our boss doesn't mind if we have an ear bud in to listen to music or live radio/whatever while we work since it is a really grueling job. Music helps make the time go by so much faster.

I couldn't work a sanitation job... That's a bit too much for me... (depends on what you mean by sanitation, like cleaning loo's or just like a janitor?)
Half way through this year I'm taking 3 courses in game development and 1 major Certificate course. (That's what i want to do for a living)

And yeah I'm talking cleaning toilets among other things...its commercial sanitation...not as bad as industrial sanitation...not like I'm working in septic tanks...UGH XP I don't want to be in this position all my life so I'm trying to get into the manufacturing company my father works for. I've been through quite a number of jobs over the mostly. Left them mostly because either the pay really sucked and they failed to meet their promises of giving me raises or a different position and I worked myself to the bone to earn that right and they still didn't do it...or I left because I realized they were just using me as a temporary fill in basis cause the position was going to be dun away with anyways after a change over was complete XP. Where I live there isn't much in terms of a job market. Its...you either work retail or some form of it....some other shitty position....you try to get into manufacturing...or you need some insane level degree to get into a high ranking position in some super fancy company XP.
I don't have the money to spend on 8+ years worth of college to get a fancy business or architect...whatever degree. Honestly there are no fields which would actually be considered 'stable' or 'money makers' that I'm even remotely interested in going back to college for. I originally went to college for Veterinarian so I could work with animals. I got my entry level degree then started working at a Vet since there was a program going at the time where if you worked for five years in a vet office at a lower level position you could skip the courses to get a Tech degree and immediately go take your boards. Of course if you wanted to become a full on VET you would HAVE to go back to college but at least you would have shaved a decent number of years off your studies let alone SAVED a ton of money in the process.
Sadly the program was cancelled. I stayed in the Vet business for awhile but again...small town means no room for advancement in the office. So low wages coupled with a super stressful environment...on top of a very intense home life plus my..quickly and badly developing health problems forced me from the position XP. So now I work 2 shift three nights a week and one day shift as a sanitation worker. Once April rolls around I'm picking up a few extra shifts so that will be good if I am unable to get into the company my father works for right away.
Let me put it this way. After you've been through having every type of bodily fluid not to mention disgusting parasites, tumors, ulcers, jutting bones from flesh and lord knows what else in your face....working sanitation is not that big of a deal XP
