He is Speed, Sprout's brother.

A pure blooded saiyajin, when he and Sprout were kids the war in Planet Vegeta started, their house was attacked and thinking that his bro was dead Sprout left the planet...
But Speed wasn't dead, a family of saiyans found him almost dead and put him on a ship and send him out of the planet.
He arrived to a planet were he was raised by a family of a race similar to his own, the killikans, they are similar to saiyans but instead of becoming a monkey they become wolfs.
There he met Zeo, and when they grew up they decided to go and search for Speed's lost brother...
In their journey they arrived to the Earth and found Sprout who offered them to join his Army (SAA)
