Description

Another character for the Megaman X tabletop campaign, this was one of the Mavericks the players fought. He was a phantom thief; not really a murderer, but thievery is bad and wrong and probably needs to be stopped. He tends to freeze over entire buildings, including all of the Reploids inside, runs through and picks through their supplies, and then runs off to let everything thaw while he gets away scot-free. Reploids can be frozen and thawed pretty safely, thankfully, what with the lack of biology.

Out of all the reploid designs I did, this is probably the one I like the most, next to Gatling Lily. He’s super-cool and combines together some pretty unorthodox motifs for a Megaman X setting, combining a stegosaurus with a phantom thief with ice. I wanted to create someone smug and extremely punchable, but at the same time with a lot of style and flair. But it was certainly a lot of fun and I'm really happy with the result. There's some stuff I don't like, though, like the ice magazine for the tommygun. And the tommygun in general, really.

He certainly left an impact on the players, that’s for sure. A couple wanted to stab him a lot, a couple wanted to make out with him. But I guess that’s pretty appropriate for the role of a phantom thief, to the police.

Visor blatantly ripped off from Lupinranger because I am unimaginative and it looks cool.
