Hatch Location: Xanthe was hatched in a small village about a days journey from Wynsiph to a mother named Arya. Xanthe has only blurry memories of her mother, whom, abandoned Xanthe in the forest beyond their village. The reasons for this will never be known to Xanthe, whom was fortunate enough to be guided back to the nook by a pair of wynglings whom found her wandering.

Xanthe has trouble interacting with other wynglings due to her lack of ability to read the emotions of others, this makes her miss notable social queues based in facial expression, tone or posture. Xanthe is, despite this layback, one of the sweetest wynglings one could meet. She is bright, affectionate, playful and always full of energy. Albeit, this energy can make others uncomfortable, she will skip around others and tends to not quite recognise their personal space, leading to Xanthe often getting far too close to strangers. Xanthe is most decidedly not the most intelligent of creatures, and is incredibly naïve, however she is incredibly observant. She tends to notice the slightest things around her vicinity and compiling them to her memory, which is also surprisingly impressive. She has no sense of inhibition and does not seem to fear anything, not other wynglings or social situations, or even physically dangerous situations, such as fire or steep drops. She is not scared of ghosts or ghouls or dark magic and is not jumpy in the slightest, seeming to have no sense of self preservation. Xanthe loves to sing even if she has no talent and loves to sing her own song lyrics at the top of her lungs. She tends to sing about what she's doing or sings at objects, especially living animals. She is used to being chased off by wynglings whom have no time for her, but, if someone does let her tag along with them, she is very difficult to get rid of. She has no sense of irony or sarcasm and will not take hints, to make her understand she is no longer wanted, she must be told in no fewer words. She is almost impossible to offend, however, and will be more than happy to scamper off when told too, however, it is very likely that she will keep coming back. Xanthe is long sighted, meaning she struggles to see things very close to her.
