This is the first of........THOUSAND SONS WEEK!

Unfortunately, work and fatigue have plagued me this week. Fear not, though, I was able to complete four new Thousand Sons, including this one. I just haven't had the time to color them yet, save this one. Anyhoo, I'll post the other three during the week, which is.....BLOOD ANGELS WEEK!

Anyways.........

This is my version of a Techmarine of the Thousand Sons. Just your standard Techmarine of the Astartes, with his advanced armor, servo-arms, mechadendrites, and he's a Technomage.

Technomage is a rank of Techmarine I invented. Essentially combines the roles of a Techmarine and low-rank Librarian, since all Thousand Sons are psykers. He is tasked with the maintaining of the Legion's machines of war and the keeping of ancient lore regarding both technology.......and fire magic, since fire has always been closely associated with technology.

Furthermore, I made him a cultist of the Pyrae. This is my theory that almost all Techmarines in the Thousand Sons were probably pyromancers of the Pyrae cult. Add to that their ability to control machines through will and you have a superlative warrior. Enjoy.
