Wow, that horse has a REALLY REALLY skinny neck. No wonder his head's on the ground. I think if the horse's head was up and facing the same direction, it would accent the face of the model. At the moment, the focal point is like Hello foot > Hello horse's flank.

I love how both are naked. No clothes on the man, and no saddle on the horse. The musculature, anatomy, and colours are absolutely stunning. Beautiful shot. Bravo.

okay. first of all, you have to understand male anatomy to understand that this is totally not an uncomfortable position.
second, I think this shot would be much more beautiful if the guy was relaxed ie not flexing his right leg and right arm. it makes him look inhuman and unnatural. why is he so stiff? why on earth would you ride a horse and get all stiff like that? oh, right, if you were POSING FOR A PICTURE. damn, there goes the natural quality of the picture. "Hello I am posing naked on a horse." Uh, ok, I see that.
Third, it is clear that he trims his pubes. How unnatural is that??
Other than all those gripes, I like this. I would have made minor tweaks as above, but still, you've got a great idea and executed it very competently. Apologies if I've been over-harsh it's not meant personally. You can't please everyone obviously and again, I think you've done an amazing job with this shot.

1. Ether the guys is small...
2. ...the horse is huge...or
3. ...that camera angle is messing my 4 eyes.
.....BUT- This is a very interesting shot indeed as well as its harmonic and shows an exelent form in the male anatomy. One thing that 'bothers' me...it would have looked more 'natural' if the horse didn't have that...erm...thingamajig on its...face...whatchimacallit...you know what I mean...the blue/green thingy. That is all.
