This technica sphere looks great My pc is not always good at displaying animated spheres but I am sure it looks great on a faultless machine. If I get a chance I look at it on my husbands pc next week.

Thanks so much, dear! I know, it's a big file, but I wanted it large enough to get the full effect! Thanks for the fave, also! This was my first try at animation, I think it turned out pretty well!

When I get time, of course. I expect to be overwhelmed with work again in the next couple of days. New architectural drawings are out and I should be receiving them either today or tomorrow. When that happens it's no more dA for a while.

Well, at least this time, you should be back before months have passed!! That was just too long, I would have been having withdrawals!! s

That time wasn't my choice... it was having no Internet connection. And, believe or not, some programs won't update with a USB modem. I guess it's looking for an internal modem or a LAN connection. When the drawings get in it will be at least a month before I'm back. Maybe more, but you're right... it won't be as long as the first hiatus!
Hugs and love,
Anj

I know that you didn't have a connection, I just hadn't expected it to be so long! You probably didn't either! I'm glad to know that when you're away now for awhile, that you will be back before too long! That way, I don't worry! s

Hey, I've got to ask you a question... how do you get those non-standard emote into your message? I've tried the thumb code, but it doesn't work.

terrye634 In reply to anjaleck [2008-05-31 00:40:47 +0000 UTC]

you have to do it like this, but without the spaces : iconfurrydanceplz : just put your mouse over it and whatever it says, you have to put the word icon before it, just like you do for people's avatars.
I had trouble with them too, and read on one of them that I was looking at, how to do it! I guess they have to do it that way, if they want people to be able to use them. s

terrye634 In reply to RCPage [2008-05-22 22:57:32 +0000 UTC]

Oh, sorry, I used Mark Townsend's animate render script. You have the options to change size, how many you want to render, and quality setting. I have no idea if they came with the program or if I got them somewhere, I tend to think they came with apo, since I wasn't looking for animation scripts. Also, has a marble animation script here on DA. If you don't have Townsend's scripts, let me know. I can send them to you. There are several, one is just animate, which lets you watch it in apo on the little preview screen. I haven't gone through them all, but there are several. ss
