Honest question. How do you make the SFW and NSFW art? do you make the NSFW first then save the pic then make the same pic an SFW version by drawing clothes on the character and save it as a different picture?

It depends on the pictures themselves. Usually, as you said. But this pic one first drawing clothes, and then on top of NSFW. Everything depends on convenience. Here, a completely naked version was not needed, so it was easier to draw а NSFW already over the clothes.
