Things I'm ify about: The crowns.
The extra under ruffle on the tops, gloves, socks and shoes.
Things I will not change: The wings (yes I know Flora's wing design is missing opps)
The hair
The soul gem pieces

If you still working on them, I think I would change the shoes, into socks, by just removing there sole.

I'll give my opinion. Please don't feel obligated to go by it, as they are your designs and not mine C:
I do agree with PunkFairy that the heels are a bit monotonous, but a lot of the shoes in official transformations do that, so it doesn't bother me as much since it makes the transformation a little easier to design overall.
About the crowns, the only one that doesn't make much sense is Aisha's. All the other girls' bangs come up to meet and support their crowns while Aisha's is just kind of sitting there with half the support it would need.
The extra ruffles on the gloves and shoes/socks are fine. I actually think if you removed them, it would make the design a little less complete. As for the ruffles on the top, some of them look fine, and some of them don't make sense.
For example, Musa's and Bloom's designs are fantastic, and look complete. Maybe for Tecna's top, the ruffles should match her skirt, just go in the opposite direction. Something about the bottom of Stella's top doesn't sit right with me either, but I can't pinpoint it like I can Tecna's lol. Aisha's outfit is okay, but her neck feels bare compared to the other girls. And Flora's gives me the feeling it should actually be or give the illusion that it is a dress.
I'm sorry its a lot of text xD, but I hope it helps you figure things out, and I'm excited to see these colored.
Edit: Looking at it a bit more, I think Stella's top is throwing me off because the ruffle part of her top is asymmetric, while the top portion is symmetric. I think that's it.

Yes thank you so much. This really does help. I can see where Aisha's top looks bare and the crown looks off, I originally had her bangs the normal way (season 2-5) but I didn't think that worked anymore but I'll try it out again. I like the idea for Tecna's top, I really have a hard time designing for her because she's not as girly but I still wanted her to have that kinda of a look. With Stella I really have a thing for the asymmetrical and wanted to keep her old design and merge it in the new. The reason's Flora's looks that way is they all have a undergarment that is a one piece outfit then the other parts on top. I will keep these in mind and if you can think of anything else just give me a note ^^ thanks again. And yeah I think I'll try to give them individual looking heels to brake up the look.
sta.sh/21a3pqobzx1o?edit=1 This is the original look by the way. It was suppose to be a simple half way between transformations look that they got after becoming teachers at Alfea, like they were trying to in season 4, and needed a new transformation to fight a new evil that was stealing magic.

I'm glad I could be of some help for you. I've noticed that Aisha usually has diadems rather than crowns, even with her original hairstyles. Maybe take some inspiration from her childhood crown that covers basically her whole head lol. I totally get the feeling of wanting to tie in their previous forms into your fan transformation, I try to do it too. I can definitely see the evolution of the design from the first version to this one.

Honestly, I love how they look just as they are! The only thing I might change are the shapes of the heels, they all look exactly the same with no variety

My best advice to you is to go look at fancy and decorative heels online, some of them are pretty insane
