This Warp has been sent from the alternate universe to arrest / kill the Evil Buzz and Evil Ty. When he first arrives at the universe we know, Alt. Univ. Warp mistook the good Buzz and Ty for the evil ones. His only mission is to arrest the Evil Ty for Evil Ty is Alt. Univ. Warp's archenemy. Alt. Univ. Warp has scars that cover his whole body due to being stranded with Evil Ty as the WireWolf for 2 months. He keeps a knife close on hand in the off chance that weapons that need ammo or a power source run out or become inactive. Tough, Hard, and a Freedom Fighter, the good Warp still has our Warp's cocky nature and an inability to follow the rules. In the Alternate Universe, Warp Darkmatter is the equilivalent to the good Buzz Lightyear.
