A tool came out on the Workshop awhile back that allows people to stretch the proportions of ragdolls , but folks couldn't get it to work quite right and resorted to welding heavy objects to their limbs and stretching them out like Genghis Khan pulling apart his victims with horses. So uncivilized. Little did they know, using the Ragdoll Mover after applying the stretchiness is much more efficient. Now if your ragdolls don't have clavicles and can't shrug their shoulders, you can dislocate their arms.

Plus you can turn anybody into this guy:
