Yeah, the problems with shrinking is takes a lot of effort to make it not look like just AR to most people.

Yeah, that will happen. If the victim becomes at least as big, or small whatever, as a teenager or a 10-year old that looks like a teenager, (s)he'll look more regressed than shrunken. The best solution is to make the person come in the size, with the same structure, of that is otherwise impossible.
