I think the show you are talking about is "The Fairly Oddparents", right? Well, the girl hardly looks like Timmy, except for the buck teeth, but looks a lot cutier then the on episode called "A Boy who would be queen". I wish that Timmy would wish away the Buck teeth to look more beutiful.
Personally I think Timmy should say as a girl. The thing is that Timmy always wears a pink hat and is a bit more feminine then masculine. And to add to it, he can't even get a decent good looking girl. He/She might as well wish to stay as a girl forever and find an handsome guy.

Maybe Female Timmy looks fine the way she looks. She still looks a whole lot better then the version used in the actually series. I wished that someone could make a story with this female Timmy.
