My mind's not a well;

..They pulled me in,
but accomplishments
are transient.
I was inspired by a certain music video as I drew this.
If you know what it is.. you're kewl.
I was horribly disappointed by my color choices for this, so I am submitting this in black and white ;>
Honestly. The greens didn't cooperate at all; the pinks complained all the way home; the gray was very sympathetic with me; but the blues, oh, don't even talk to me about the blues.
Business as per usual..
Don't let this useless banter be too distracting, however.
Tell me what you honestly think.

Well I think that--even though I don't know what you had in mind for your colored picture-- the greyscale makes the picture more solemn.
I really love you you can get all those small details in your lineart~ ex: the stones that make up the well and the spiderwebs. . . and the hair.

Yarr, I felt the same about it. There's something I love about bnw portraits/drawings--maybe it's because they leave a lot for the viewer to think of.
