Here's a short description to help~
He's very irritable and has bad social skills so people generally avoid him but he's a good person inside. A lot of the time he tries to pass off his mistakes as a lack of care when really he just doesn't want to admit he failed, so in a sense, he's shy but just hides it with irritation.
