Happy April Fool's Day!
Instead of a prank, I'm here to deliver you guys a treat! (That is, unless bright, clashing colours aren't your thing haha!) April starts off our monthly DTA designs, and given that everything continues to go smoothly, there will be a design to win every month!
While it's called a DTA, you can draw OR write your entries for this design!
Make sure to read all of the DTA rules thoroughly! You don't want to be disqualified for not meeting the minimum requirements, or failing to submit your work properly!

| GENERAL ADOPT RULES |
- You may make them whatever sex/gender you want!
- Traits may only be changed via the roseilorns trait shop unless downgrading.
- Any markings, colours, trait changes must be approved by Tetsumiro
- Do NOT edit the original artwork without permission.
- You may not sell this design, but it may be traded/gifted!
- You must credit the design to Tetsumiro and the base to Kitpaii
- You MUST update the masterlist the-rosegarden when trading/reselling/gifting a Roseilorn.
Not doing so will get you a strike, and repeatedly neglecting to update the ML will result in a ban.
| DTA RULES |
- You must be a member of the Roseilorn group.
- This design may not be turned into a non-CS.
- Please only enter if you are interested in owning a Roseilorn.
- If you win this DTA, you cannot win next month's DTA.
- You may submit only one drawing/writing piece.
- Entries must be uploaded to Deviantart and submitted to the DTA group folder.
- Drawings should be coloured (shading not required, can still be coloured sketches, too!)
- Writing should be a minimum of 500 words.
- All entries must be SFW and respectful. Remember that the winner will be receiving all of the art/writing with the design.
- Art/Writing MUST be done by you. No collabs/commissions.
- Winner will be chosen May 1st, and the choice will be based on inspiration/effort rather than quality or skill. Art that shows thoughtfulness in personality, lore, and a genuine interest in the adopt will have a better chance of being chosen.

I apologize if this might sound rude, but this is my first time adopting a design for a closed species and im not entirely sure how its meant to work.
If i win them Am i only allowed to use the character in stories that are set in the specific world that was created for them in the group? or am i allowed to use them in original stories where they are not recognized as a roseilorn?
If i was to change the design (if i won) would i be allowed to change any of the aspects that make the character a roseilorn directly (For example if i wanted to change it so that the flower is not growing out of their face and instead is on an eyepatch)? Or would that be completely out of the question?
