This is a great pic...very convincing. I wouldn't bet against her easily--these innocent looking blondes can be a lot tougher than they look--and that hair and flowers could be disguising a killer knockout artist.
That look makes me think she's dangerous--her face shows a calm readiness for action, combined with confidence that she'll be the one standing.

How do you make the texture on it?

The gloves are a custom pair that I made myself with a bump map for the folding that happens around the knuckles. I'm glad ya like 'em though, I'm quite proud of them!

I honestly think you'd be a bit disappointed!
The texture that gives the glove most of its depth and realism is pretty simple to look at; it's basically just greyscale with some ripples around where the glove bends. The light and shadow is all done when the image is rendered.
