How about TGA or PNG for the Textures.
I imagine the model is the same as Borderlands 2, so that is fine

i also thought it used the same model but apparently not, it does require its own model, the texture won't go on a regular claptrap model

Hmmm, well well... Can you send the model format in FBX, or DAE, or even MDL if im correct that's the one for SFM and GMod Models
