actually there was one episode where she Rebooted into a barefoot fighter in the game Heaven vs Hell, however the camera never went below her waist when it focused on her (grrrr)

Very nice! Although I'm fairly certain the fins on her arms and legs are meant to be natural, even if they do stick through her boots and jewellery. (I know, I know, more work for you.)

Definitely cartoons. It's 3-D, it's Canadian, and although you're not the first to say they thought it animeish, I can't see any resemblance whatsoever.

A great many places, but all the info there is (which isn't much) is right there at reboot.com.
(Don't get overexcited anticipating a resolution to the season 4 cliffhanger; they're trying to appeal to new audiences here, not just people who've seen the old show, which means they probably won't be picking up straight from there. I don't like it any more than you do, but I admit it's sensible.)
