Not trying to be mean here.
1. Vision - For upskirt ecchi, it's very unclear. The pose and those huge weapons cover too much of the character too. I like the idea of the distraction in combat but I'm pretty sure the opponent wouldn't even be sure what he's seeing because of all the obstruction factor.
2. Originality. I like the character, like that it wants to kick ass and does it in a teasing way. Never seen a shield with a built-in chainsaw either so that's a huge plus.
3. Technique. I've been looking at Daz a lot lately and I'm sorry, this is not one of the better renders I've seen the past week.
4. Impact. Very little. I mean, I do like the idea but it's just not coming through. Probably a difficult thing to pull off anyway.

Composition is also an issue with that image in my opinion. The pose is not clear. Like if you make it into a silhouette you can't tell what's happening on the pic.

That's how you check whether your figure composition is clear or not. Make it into a black shadow. If you can tell what the character is doing, your pose is strong. If not, it's weak.
