Finally a concept of one of my antagonists!

ok, i don't have too much time because i have to sleep! XD but here we go:

Slayer Nightmare (or just Slayer). is the bodyguard of the doctor Maxwell (aka the director of "Prisma" linked to ONI).
his past life is unknown for everyone even his real name, many files were destroyed by the same ONI, but rumors said that probably he was a convict arrested by his horrible crimes.
human or not, was a experiment monitored by the ONI company and under the direction of Maxwell, the experiment left him totally blind but his other senses are highly developed.

some info about him:

*the helmet let him "regulate" all his senses (because he have a very very developed senses and he get excited by the blood). he can smell the blood of his victims and even he's known as "the same fear who can smell the fear".

*he has a collar that lets him open the helmet a little "as a reward", practically he's the "dog" of Maxwell.

*he doesn't talk.

*"you can't see the fear, you can feel it" was the quote given to him.

*many people thinks he isn't human or if he was human.

*he likes to torture his victims but he needs to be controlled because he "gets excited".

*he feeds of blood and fear.

*it's said that the numbers on his arm probably were the numbers given in prision.

*he appears when you less expect it, his speed is really incredible and fatal, which it makes Maxwell untouchable.

*drags the scythe when he's hungry.

*his skills are dark and rarely seen even for the same ONI and Maxwell, but he makes his job very quick and effective.
