Well she is not manga at all, I failed ^^. Maybe next time.I still will finish her with a lowpoly and a real texture.

If you wanted a more manga look, all you would have to do is change the eyes. A animated Texture, perhaps? or just some plane projection eyes

It's almost all done in ZBrush. The glasses and the "splines" are done in Max.
