It's called Baby's breathe in English.

Yeah, I love to have this plant around. It's so gentle and beautiful when it's fresh

I wanted to ask you a question. If you do plant the flowers to photo, do you also own that beautiful snail that appears in your photos? I did once, but that was long long time ago.
