Originally published as Transformers Mosaic: Quid Pro Quo , this piece was revised to act as the epilogue of our Shockwave/Soundwave saga (but you might notice that the symmetrical structure of the page is consistent with the whole chapter).
This future epilogue takes place during Maximum Dinobots #4 and Maximum Dinobots #5 , adding some new information about what transpires when Shockwave and Soundwave strike their deal.
Shockwave re-energizes Soundwave (something that is not shown in Maximum Dinobots), before going to battle the Dynobots.
After his defeat, Shockwave is taken into custody by Ultra Magnus (Duly Appointed Enforcer of the Tyrest Accord) but it is not know where Shockwave is brough and kept prisoner.
We went for the Autobot Orbital Command Hub , probably a temporary stop before Garrus-9.
Amazingly enough, Buzzsaw has the resources and skills to spy in the Hub-- but you can be sure he is not acting alone!
Where do Soundwave and his minions go, after learning the fate of their unlikely ally?
The answer in the upcoming new act of Differentiation .
