I don't know if you still want to know but the pic is from an anime called "Shiawase Kazoku-bu".
that's what I think at least, because I haven't seen the anime, I just liked the pic and sent it to TF-Wizard.

Heh, nice to see you using the concept of the netqueen from my request again. Makes it appear as all of those captions (well, or at least some of them) are all connected by something. Makes one wonder how they could remember the old reality while the netqueen couldn't... perhaps she gave it another try?
