Great perspective, and although I knew autumn was supposed to be quite impressive in Canada, this is something else entirely... the colours really jump out at you. You should be working for the tourist board.

Love the colors but you way over-sharpened, if your using CS2, try .6 pixels, 100% lens blur. Always put it where you think it should be minus a bit. Look at the tree line, maybe it is jpg artifacts, but you can see somefunky stuff there. LOVE the colors though, and love the picture, railroads rule.

Thank you for your observations. I don't think the strange areas around the tree line are from oversharpening, but just from the technique I used to combine different exposures to get the sky to look like that. I went back and tried to touch up those areas a little bit, but it might still look a little odd. Thank you for bringing this to my attention though.

If you were using the color selector to seperate the sky from the tree's, I've had that happen to me as well. You could try feathering the selection by 10 pixels, sometimes that eliminates that.
