Wow! That is amasing, are you using polariser with all your panoramas?

Yes, I used a polarizer for most shots with blue skies like this.

I thought you are using something graduated along with your polar, for example Cokin system...

Nope, all I have is a circular polarizer, NDx4, and Photoshop.

Interesting method. What tripod head are you using?

Just a $15 piece of crap I picked up at Radio Shack. I've already broken and replaced about four of them now. I'm considering upgrading sometime soon, though. Also, I didn't use a tripod for this shot, it was all hand-held.

wow handheld. must have been tough to stitch together in ps? or did you use some specialized software.

Nothing too fancy, I just use Canon PhotoStitch, which came with my camera when I bought it.

Haha, I guess my camera is "old" now.

Well, it was released in 2003, and has since been replaced by two newer versions. That's fairly retro-ish by digital camera standards.

That's true. Though old analogues are always magical. Old digitals are just.. old.

A beautifully composed shot, very well balanced by the beautiful detailed foreground and the dramatic sky.

My pick of the recent 4 featuring this sky (or similar).
Great foreground colours and they just hold the sky back from dominating too much.
Amazing stuff man.
