Circe felt pretty satisfied with herself after how she dealt with Jinx. That sassy sorceress made for an excellent piggy. It was just a shame the guards let her get away. Not that it was that big a problem, though. I mean, she was a pig now. What harm could she do now?
After a hard day's work ruling Ithiquack - passing decrees, entertaining foreign dignitaries, turning dissenters into pigs to quell riots - she felt she'd earned a good night's rest. Retiring to her bedroom, she spared a thought only to what a great day she was going to have tomorrow.
And then she heard a loud ZZZAAAAAP!
Suddenly the world was much larger. Her magic medallion, now almost as big as her own body, clattered to the floor in front of her. And then she saw a pig wearing a very familiar amulet trot smugly up behind her.
"Oink oink, snort snort," it said. The animal sounds were meaningless to her, but the cruel twinkle in the pig's eyes spoke volumes.
"Squeak!" Circe protested.
"Snort, grunt grunt, oink!"
Circe turned to run, but even as a pig, Jinx moved quickly. Snatching Circe's little mousy tail between her teeth, she lifted the witch from the ground and ran off into the night.

Circe was never heard from again in the kingdom of Ithiquack. Eventaully, the true king returned, baffled as to why the evil witch he'd been trying so hard to find a way to defeat would suddenly disappear. Still, no complaints from him, or any of the people. What's one evil witch, more or less?
