This is the final render for Grimlock's robot mode. i removed the background for better viewing. I loved the design but my only problems with the movie was 1. He didn't say "Me grimlock king!" And 2. He got beat by Optimus with one hit. know I know Prime is strong and an excellent fighter but grimlock is most likely stronger and is also a great fighter but not on prime's level of skill, now I'm not saying he couldn't take grimlock head on but it would take a LOT more than one punch to bring down the king of the Dinobots. (plus in g1 grimlock battled Optimus when megaton tricked him into betraying Prime by using grimlock's superiority complex and limit intelligence against him by saying that he should be leader, won and was almost going to kill Prime until he realized what he was doing was wrong than fights and easily defeats megaton who retreats after he was defeated.)

I had to scream it. When his hand turned into a morning star and that pointy head, I remember one guy: The Witch King of Angmar from Lord of the Ring. All he needs now is a flaming sword.

This dude is far too epic. His design reminds me of those ancient warriors that had big weapons like that. It's so awesome!

I would have loved to here Dinobots speak and to include the three dinobots that didn't make it into the movie. I'd love to see Grimlock go up against Predaking

I agree on the first 2 points, but i only wish he would have fought oredaking in tf prime, but its too bad he didn't show up

In the movie, I found Grimlocks robot mode to be a bit too bulky and his movements seemed a bit too slow and clumsy, would hve prefered his body movements to have been like his fall of cybetron version.

I loved it. In fact that was my favorite battle of the whole movie. The only flaw that i saw was that it was too short. I think it would have taken a bit more than a slap in the head to completely down grimlock

Another thing that i don't get is why the sword an shield that optimus picked out were magically his exact color scheme even though these were antiques

The only art i liked about the first and second acts was the KSI battle. The entire third act was awesome in my opinion
