Pretty much what I based this page around. A cute little idea that is probably overshadowed by the actual panel of Toriel

No not really. The panel with Toriel introducing herself is very well placed-- I simply loved the idea of that tiny panel~

At last, best goat mom ever is revealed! Frisk's crush/adoration/nervousness is just incredibly cute and I love it. Toriel's eyes look sweet and shiny and it makes her look all the more prettier~ And you did a great job with the backgrounds here, it looks just like the underground area should; simplistic and vibrant. This is probably my favorite page so far.
