I've colored using the program 'Paint Tool SAI' and tell me, any feedback of how I can make it better? I'm just a beginner at this.
Oh yeah, I also added a speak balloon because I couldn't leave it empty.

It's just you (i.e. it's just your own flawed perception). Just like it's just your own flawed perception that your waist is narrower, your hair is longer & lighter, your skin is smoother, your shorts & top are much cuter, your butt is curvier & fuller & tighter, your jewelry is girlier, and your fingernails are longer & much more colorful.
Yeah, it's just you. Nothing to be concerned about, move along now, that's a good lass - er, I mean good "lad".

Maybe instead of just complaining I can help out with a little chart:
When you use a present-tense verb in English you only put an "s" at the end when you're talking about another singular object. For example, it would be:
I feel, you feel, he/she/it feels, we feel, they/you (plural) feel. You're almost always going to use "feel" and not "feels", so if you aren't sure, it's better to skip the s. If you just remember (not "remembers") that, you'll improve a lot.
