A man is called in for his annual review at his company. He expects it to not go well, and he's right about that, but there's a tiny twist.

One of the most challenging times in an employee’s life was the annual review. This was no different for Wallace. Getting called into the boss’s office that morning, Wallace was faced with his own beating heart as he stared at the door to a certain pink slip. Opening it slowly, Wallace stepped inside. “You wanted to see me, sir?”
“Yes, Mr. Flowers, just close the door behind you, nice and tight.” Wallace did as he was told and proceeded to take a seat in front of his boss. “As you know, Mr. Flowers, it’s time for your annual review, and I have to say, it’s not looking good for you,” Said Wallace’s boss as he poured a drink from a strange bottle. “Here, take this,” He continued, offering the drink to Wallace. “It’s the least I can do to help you stomach the bad news. Preparing for the worst, Wallace accepted the cup and began to sip from it. The drink left a warm feeling spread throughout his body, he felt his skin begin to tingle.
”Now, Mr. Flowers, your quarterly reports have been consistently turned in late. Any reason for that, perchance?”
“We-Welllll...” Wallace hung on his L... surprised by how scratchy his throat felt, and how high his voice suddenly sounded.
“Speechless, I see? Well, what about this memo, then?” Wallace tried to look at it, but he had issues reading the words as the page suddenly became blurry, in fact, the world around him was suddenly blurry. The world didn’t return to normal until he had instinctively retrieved a pair of glasses that had suddenly appeared on his boss’s desk. That was when he had noticed blue strands of hair growing in the corners of his vision. Wallace gasped and ran towards the nearest mirror in the corner of the room. He immediately saw how his facial features had become smaller and rounder. Along with his now blue hair tying itself back into a feminine style, he noticed how his neck had slimmed, resulting in his higher voice. He watched as his shoulders narrowed, and his waist caved inwards, resulting in feminine curves to form as his hips widened. “Though, I am a reasonable man, Ms. Flowers,” Said Wallace’s Boss as though nothing was strange. “You drive a hard bargain.”
Wallace was confused by his boss’s outburst, but didn’t have much time to dwell on that as his butt enlarged and his thighs thickened. He felt his arms and legs slim down, and his hands and feet become smaller. As his body hair vanished off of his skin, he looked towards his chest to see two enormous mounds growing, forming two natural E cup breasts. “Well, you’ve sold me on the idea. I’m ready to sell, if you’d just sign here on the dotted line,” Said Wallace’s boss after some time, signing his name on a document, then passing it over, along with a pen. Wallace didn’t understand why his body was transforming, but what was far more puzzling to him, was that his body, against his control, moved towards the desk yet again, took a seat, and began to sign a name on the line indicated. However, as he signed, he noticed that the name his body was signing was not his own. “Wendy Flowers'' was the name written, and as the signature was finalized, Wallace doubled over as he felt his Penis revert into his body, leaving her as a complete woman. As if to emphasize that fact, his clothes shifted and changed becoming a fancy white formal blouse, and a black skirt.
Wendy sat in her seat for a moment, completely confused as to what was happening to her. She felt her mind numb for a moment, then as the feeling subsided, she recalled exactly why she was here. She was a corporate tycoon. She owned many successful businesses, and each one was forcefully purchased from their previous owner. Purchasing Sunboards Co. was no different, and her signature had just finalized the corporate take-over of the company. She shook hands with the man who previously owned the company, as he gathered his belongings and left the building. Wendy was now in-charge, and there was going to be plenty of changes that she had in store for the office. As she took her new seat behind the desk, Wendy took inventory of the drawers, finding a strange bottle that she assumed belonged to the previous owner. The label read: “Magical Tonic: Allow your dreams to become reality!” Not one to believe in magic, Wendy tossed the bottle out the window. She was far too busy to focus on frivolous things like that.
As the bottle flew out the window, it found a soft landing in the leaves of a palm tree as the bottle dropped from long leaf to long leaf, it eventually found its way gently into a nearby bush. A young boy saw this occur as he ran to investigate. He grinned widely, as he had read the label. He quickly took the bottle and ran home, eager to see if the bottle was true to its own words.
