Correction, Anubis was a jackal, I think you are misundertanding Bills with Bastet, the cat-goddess.
That aside, this is a peculiar picture. Something tells me you dislike this character but I can't put my finger on what exactly gives that away XD
Jokes asides, one can have their own opinion, myself for instance I love him, he has probably became one of my favourite DBZ characters on its history.
