Description A dark palette w/ a fitting config for dsp.

I've seen some ppl try a dark palette/config w/ dsp , so heres my attempt, even tho im not really a fan of dark configs.

HOWTO:

the config file: pastebin.com/geK5BFGt
the palette file: pastebin.com/gNMXKtdj

step1: copy the config file to ~/.config/dsp/preset-dark.conf, and the palette file to ~/.config/dsp/palette-dark.conf
step2: add the following to the bottom of your ~/.config/dsp/dsp.conf

[Presets]
preset-dark=ark, konsole, konversation, someotherapp, evensomeotherapp, possiblyevensomeotherapp, maybeevenstillanotherapp

any trouble setting it up? I know my text based config isnt exactly end-user friendly.

Your text based config might not but thank goodness you are Thanks for asking!
I'm not using KDE but I'll be grateful if you tell me which font you are using.

at a quick glance that looks like the default mac os font "lucida grande".

Hehe, one of the first to say that, im actually usually more end-user hostile
then friendly

Somehow the fonts you mentioned not quite render the same as yours. you probably did some magic with them.

No way! ...well, for some you might but only when they ask for it

there are many leaked versions floating around, also yes, ive configured infinality myself, so yes,
probably does render /very/ differently from freetype2.

My main beef are w/ ppl who seem to be unable to read (but are somehow able to read my replies just fine)

Maybe one day I'll manage to understand what I'm doing while trying to fiddle with infinality
It really make a all lot difference rendering the fonts.

...I c what u mean..

well, you can configure a lot, also, theres basically very little to understand, you simply
need to set the appropriate environment variables, which is rather trivial.

However, infinality patches could have already hit freetype so, I'd check into that, also,
ubuntu users are unable to use the commandline, so, I wouldnt be surprised if somebody
has written a one-click utility for configuring font rendering.

Yes, you can pretty much configure every aspect of the font rendering.
