My Revenge of the Fallen Chromia , but with more bells and whistles!

Basically, I used my tasty new tablet to add a whole bunch of Muzzle Flare related lighting effects and a "background" to the drawing I did of Miss Chromia.
The Background is sort of supposed to be a busted up, burnt out building with a crumbling wall; also known as "just the sort of hiding place that Snipers love!"

EDIT: Okay, I've made an update to the quote she's speaking (Also I finished off the rest of her back wheel), as I thought it wasn't very clear what was going on with it, and it didn't seem fair to me to make everyone read the explanation on the OTHER version of this pic just to get what the crap she was talking about.

A Decepticon is taunting her sister. She is not happy.

The "10 out of 10 for style, minus several million for good thinking" is still reference to "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" that she doesn't realize she's making.

However, if you want to read WHY she's making a reference that she doesn't know she's making, THAT you'll have to go over to the other version of the pic for! See above for the link!

Edit: (Friday August 14th) Altered the quote AGAIN, also making it visually a little more balanced with the rest of the pic. Edit includes some subtle improvements to the background.
