First and foremost:props to for letting me use her awesome Vinyl Scratch vector: [link]
So yeah, made this for three reasons:
A, I wanted a new Scratch spray
B, my old one was 300x300 and therefore lost quality in VTF Edit
C, This was an awesome vector
I'll be honest, I thought about making a desktop version of this too. I love it, thats pretty much all there is to say

Would it be too much trouble for an enlarged version of this? Its another design i'd like to use on a shirt for myself, if that's okay with you

To save as a .jpg, open it in pretty much any image editor (Paint, gimp,l photoshop, ect.), and go to File>Save As>(file type).
However, I strongly recommend using VTF edit to turn it into a VTF/VMT, as saving it as a .jpg will lower the quality immensely and also loose the transparent background.

Actually, I was going to submit this as a design to Welovefine, but I kind of got hung up on the 18+ rule :/
I do plan on having a few shirts made once I do hit 18 though (less than 10 months!)

Yes it is
I use VTF Edit to get my sprays in game, as it not only allows transparency, but lets you make the spray's quality high no matter what a player's graphics are set on

All settings shown in this tutorial for vtf edit are what I use, so all you need to do is paste the image into gimp/photoshop and save it as a TGA file
