Her personality is she's clingy(if she knows you well), she likes to play and get dirty. She dosn't care to much for baths... she dosn't have alot of concentration and can't keep focus for very long.

with a personality like that she hits me as a tomboy.
most ponies have a 2 part name.
the first part being based on a physical appearnce such as color, wings, etc.
while the second part is normally something that matches them. Rainbow Dash, for example. she has rainbow coloring, and she dashs around.
Flutter Shy. She has wings, and shes shy.
Pony names are actually not that hard to come up with.
for yours, something to do with her color [white, snow, air because of wings] and her attitude [tomboy: gamine, hoiden, hoyden, meg, romp, spitfire. maybe something to do with adventure, outgoing, active, rough, tuff]
