TileProLayer or TileMolester are the tools to be used to edit or to post the new tiles in.
All of my sprites and tiles are created in MSPaint.
IN order to use them, they need to be saved as bitmap (BMP) data. If you need the tools, here you will find them on ZopharΒ΄s Domain.
