Update!Well sorry about that had to take a week off for final round XV in ATL GA
But now that im back im trying to get back into the groove so here is the new animation!
I just notice how the hand is jumpy a bit! I will try to fix that soon and repost! I did a lot of custom on this one! Pretty happy how its looking so far. will update soon! Much love people :3

Made a few changes..Less frames and took away the speed effect!

But before that, I want to point out something, I agree with the guy above, I think that the green motion effects doesn't matches up with the flow of his fist.

It looks awesome! Can I offer one tiny critique though? I'm not very sure, but I don't think the green speed effect matches up correctly with where his fist is in the previous frame.
