Description
Probably one of the funniest map I've ever done, somewhat hard but overall really fun.Basically this map covers what in real life woud be Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and the north part of Chile (Including it's capital, Poor Mapuche Republic it's gonna need another capital
Enjoy!

Well, ignoring the obvious disregard of the butterfly effect prevalent in the Strike Witches universe, the Mapuche not controlling Santiago de Chile isn't a problem, since the power center of the Mapuche people was more southern anyways.
Also I won't mention the problem of the term "Bolivia" but...

Yeah, they kind of play it a little bit lose with the impact the things they change would have in history, like in the United States of Liberion and their Civil War...I find it hard for the Civil War to happen in this universe unless it had another cathalist, so yeah I agree with you there.
Still, doesn't bother me too much.
What's wrong with Bolivia?

Well, it's really a matter of it being so ridiculously unlikely, it's hilarious. Simon Bolivar after all was THE rebel leader during the Latin American wars of independence in our timeline and the fact that former Upper Peru (today's Bolivia) was named after him, a Venezuelan general, is just WAY too convergent for a timeline for a timeline with such an early divergence (even if it's Strike Witches, which doesn't care too much about being a plausible case of alternate history).. If you still can, please consider renaming that province to something like Camba, Beni or Sierra, all of which are more likely names (since you probably are trying to avoid Christian names, I naturally excluded Santa Cruz as an option).

I actually considered those names but I thought it wouldn't be right (For being a country that prides itself so much on their native roots, they sure have tons of places with spanish and christian names) but yeah, I think I can change it to Camba.
